We never met; everything was done over the phone. He was here when he said he would be. Left progress reports of service in the mailbox or paperbox and since he was unable to do everything we had asked (because of circumstances beyond his control), he deducted a portion of his quote for the job. We were very satisfied and plan to contract with him in the future if we need help again with the pool.

The work they did was good but I would have liked to have more communication from them.

They called immediately after I entered my information on the website. We scheduled a meeting the following week and they gave me a quote on site. He was professional and courteous. I look forward to doing business with them.

Bill and his crew were great to work with. They did an awesome job installing a new liner for me at an affordable rate. I will definitely do business again in the future.

We had just moved into our house and needed a number of things done on the pool. Eric from Professional Pool Services has been very helpful getting us on track, our repairs made and educating us about our pool. Bill Niccolai, the owner, has been great about returning phone calls and answering questions.

I would have liked to have had better contact in reference to the status of my work, but other than that they were great. I would definitely recommend their services and would use them again. They completed everything when they said they would and did a GREAT JOB! Our pool looks beautiful!
