Grant was really great. On time. Responsive. Gave me a fair quote, arrived on time to do the work. Did a good job. Cleaned up well. Would highly recommend and will definitely work with him again.

After talking to G rant on the phone he came to my house the next day and measured the six windows to be replaced and gave me a good rundown on what windows were available and approximate pricing. The next day he sent me a fair detailed estimate for the job and a timeframe for the job. The next week he arrived at the house at eight AM and started the demo of the old windows. He completed .the entire job at six PM . He did a fantastic job including the exterior capping and interior matching and finishing . A good job of cleaning up the work areas and removing all demo material. I would recommend Grant Kirby to anyone who wants an excellent window replacement contractor.

We used Nice price to replace our windows and doors first. When it was time to side the house we knew exactly who we wanted on the job. They replaced rotting facia boards before capping with aluminum. They cleaned up after them selves. No construction scraps laying all around after they finished unlike other companies. We are very happy with the work and the neighbors are jealous. Thanks Nice Price.

They provided the best price by far, did a great job on the install and communication was excellent. I expected to have add-on expenses but they said the price was all-inclusive. Things couls not have been better.

We got vinyl siding, gutters, and windows. Basically, a full facelift on the front of our house! He does quality work and beautifully done! I would definitely recommend.

Grant did a wonderful job converting my shed. He sided the entire shed and put a window in for me. He did a great job and I have recommended him to my friends. The shed looks great and he gave wonderful customer service. He has also replaced some of my exterior doors. i wish I had another project for him
