Outstanding job! I received quotes from six other pool remodelers. I chose New Wave because their quote was based on our pool remodeling needs. Workers were well mannered and respectable. Excellent job by all. Eric and Rick did an amazing job. Eric and Rick listened to our suggestions and kept it very professional. Couldn’t be happier. I would recommend New Wave to anyone that wants their pool remodeled.

Couldn't be happier with the outcome of my pool Remodel and the company I hired for the job. New Wave Pools were awesome from the start to a follow-up request with a problem with the pool light. They gave me a fair estimate, weren't the cheapest, (#2 of 5) but their reviews were good and swayed me to give them a try. I am so glad I did, they were responsive to all my phone calls and texts- returning my calls almost immediately. They were easy to work with even after we changed our mind on the type of coping, tile and color of plaster. They kept to our schedule. Demolition, tile and coping installation in the same week. They would have completed the plaster the next week but due to the death of my Father, they held-off until we were ready. Rick and Adam were two of the greatest guys to work with, highly recommend this family company.

The work crew is excellent, and they are really patient with materials selection

The first impression Eric displayed is what sold me on the company. After the signing the contract, the project went sideways. The communication was not what it should've been. They came to drain the pool on the wrong day and had to turn him away as i didn't want an empty pool for 4 days. I was called by the owner about 7am several times that crews were coming over that morning while I was 50 miles away at work. I'm sorry, I have a dog to put away and a locked gate to get into my backyard. The attention to detail from a professional on the actual installation wasn't there as well. This I believe is a result of not having any such foreman or pool representative there at all to check on the crews work. It shouldn't be the homeowners responsibility to point out flaws. The ledger stone had gaps between pieces and/or were broken. The sealant used around the pool and steps is low or not applied adequately. The quartz applied to the pool bottom and sides is uneven in places. There was black marks left on the coping that I couldn't remove. During the demolition they cracked my pool light niche and didn't repair or replace it. To this day the company hasn't seen the pool. We were very disappointed as this was a large project and purchase for us.

They did an excellent job. I would recommend themes anybody. They did a better job than what I was expecting.

The entire project was done in a timely manner

I don't write reviews often, but in this case I must... I went through the process of getting three estimates. New Wave had everything I was looking for in a pool remodel. From start to finish I was very impressed by their overall workmanship, creativity, recommendations and final outcome in this project. Their team was very quick and accurate in their prep work, making sure everything was protected and meticulous during their cleanup. Their communication in choosing the materials down to giving me a very accurate time frame was exact to a "T"! Rick is a very honest and nice person. Communicated well with me on the project and his sons are very respectful and hard working. Project is ahead of schedule and things are looking good.
