We hired New Pro Remodeling Group, headed by Walt Taormina to redo our kitchen, as well as create special shelving in our study and refurbish and update our bedroom dresser which was old but we wanted to keep. Walt and his crew surpassed our expectations on all counts. To begin with he brought the job in on the estimate, and exactly on time. Walt takes great pride in his work and it shows. He is meticulous and pays great attention to the details. Like all jobs ours had problem areas that required creative solutions, which Walt and his crew took relish in solving and did solve in every case. New Pro does beautiful work and we intend to hire them to do other projects in our condominium. We whole heartily recommend Walt Taormina and New Pro Remodeling.

I had the worst comment last week; a friend said I should have my cabinets refinished. I had them refinished less than a year ago and I am away 6 months of the year. When I called Walt, he told me to repainted with the paint he left he left me, he did not bother coming over!!!. My cabinets looks worse than what I had to deal with.

Mrs. L, So sorry to hear you and your friend are not happy with our work. It was NOT done in 2020 like your review suggests. You submitted your request to H.A. on 12/17/2017 (Job#105736747) contracted with us in January 2018 and was completed with warranty issued on 2/14/2018. I first look at pics by text or email if there is a service request, which you sent, but in your warranty, "dings, dents, or chipping is a manmade defect and NOT covered." I NEVER told you to paint your cabinets again, we use high end spray equipment and I would NEVER tell a client to "touch up" with a brush/roller. We have to accept that in our day and age, it is nearly impossible to make every customer happy, but we attempt to achieve that anyway. Just read all the 5 star reviews where clients go out of their way to say such nice things about their experience. We will cheerfully reopen a new claim, but we closed it after you refused to send us FPL kilowatt info so we could audit the approx. inside temperature while you are in Canada for the hottest 6 months in South Florida, with doors and windows shut tight, the air is VERY stagnant and fresh paint will soften if A/C is off or set at 88 or higher, etc...if you get a new car and the doors get dinged in a parking lot, the dealer will NOT paint your doors again, NOT covered by the warranty. Nothing in your pics suggested defective warranted workmanship, which is ALL that is covered. Feel free to send new pics to [email protected] if you feel otherwise. We want ALL customers HAPPY.

Outstanding work with attention to detail, the pricing was competitive with 4 other quotes from other companies. Walt and his team listened to the look I wanted for kitchen and brought it to life. The suggestions made were targeted to my taste with quality materials. It is now a new look but with old world type craftsmanship. I highly recommend this company.

Although I initial wrote that I would recommend him I need to revise this review due to his uncooperativeness to fix an issue which he said he would fix if I would call and his lengthy hostile text to me about the issue. Walt starts off differientiating himself from others by telling you what a perfectionist he is and how his customer service is his number one priority. However, I shortly found out that this is not the case. When he is questioned, he can become defensive, hostile and lashes out. Without going into details, I always knew I would not recommend him to friends even though his work was more than acceptable. My initial review focused around the work but that is not enough for a recommendation.

received 3 estimates, he was middle but I was impressed with quality of doors and hardware, no deposit required payment in full by visa when completed. had slight problem after which needed restrictor on a couple of doors, fixed immediately. Job was done with perfection and makes me smile every time I walk into my kitchen. would recommend Walt. AWESOME JOB.
