I’m truly grateful that Perla Construction accepted this challenge, delivering professional results as they have in previous projects. A year ago they renovated our basement; another huge undertaking. They don’t disappoint. Our family would be happy to work with them again in the future. 5 stars!

We recently completed a full remodel of our property in under three months, and we couldnâ t be more thrilled with the results. The work was impeccable, with a keen attention to detail and high-quality craftsmanship evident throughout. Father and son duo were personable. Job was quoted to be completed in 6 weeks. It took 12. First few weeks had a good crew working. Seems that crew was fired and replacements were awful. The work they did daily would have to be re-done next day after I would bring up my concerns with work. I ordered a jacuzzi bathtub that was in stock at home depot. Perhaps told me they could not get tub for 5 weeks. Cabinets and counters were included in price. After asking multiple times about picking out styles, colors etc I was finally told they picked everything out. Like they remolded my basement for themselves. I had opted to have a kitchen island installed. Again after asking multiple times about installation of island perlha said they never quoted me a price for island so they would not be installing one. Unreal. There is more but my blood pressure is rising

Excellent work, very efficient and professional. They replaced the drywall and plastered and then perfectly matched the paint. Thoroughly cleaned up when finished. A pleasure working with them. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM. I give them 5*.

He was very helpful he fixed my porch steps, my basement, he was very professional. He helped me save money with materials and what not. I would definitely recommend him.
