Wow. Superlative experience from start to finish. Within moments -- literally, moments -- of placing my project on Angi, Tyler from New England Home and Glass called me. He was knowledgeable and courteous. We e-mailed back and forth about the project and he sent me a quote. I'd gotten a few other quotes before posting the project on Angie and it was more competitive than all of them. We scheduled the work for the next day. The technician, who arrived right on time, was courteous, easy-going, and made no fuss about walking up and down flights of stairs repeatedly and throwing out trash. He carefully informed me of the details of the installation and then got to work, working three hours uninterrupted. When he was finished, I was super happy with his work. I am a detail-oriented person and found no flaws whatsoever. I've had a lot of construction done in my loft over the years and this was one of the best experiences I've had. I recommend N.E. Glass without reservation.

I had NE Home & Glass install a frameless shower door. They came out quickly to provide an estimate, and were the only company to provide the details broken down along with measurements and a sketch. When install came around, they did a great job and were in and out quickly. I’ve only deducted 1/2 star because they came after the time window twice without calling (but gave me an ETA quickly once I called them), and the first time they came to install they had to reorder the door because it came the wrong size from the supplier. It would have been nice for them to realize that before they came out. Still, good price and looks great!
