My experience with New England Home and Glass was first rate. They responded promptly with a proposal which I accepted. They provided me with the timing to complete the project and performed as promised. Were on time to complete the project and did so in a competent and efficient manner. Installed glass inside sash that did not fit correctly. The installer did acknowledge that it was wrong until we pointed it out. Took several more weeks to get a new piece that fit installed.

Had broken glass in skylight replaced. Another company wanted to replace whole skylight which was more expensive but NE Glass said that was not necessary as only glass needed replacement. Glass was replaced & skylight is good as new. Job done quickly & contractors very nice & professional.

They did a fantastic job. I had to replace the glass on 3 patio doors where the seal had broken. They answered the phone on the first call, came out for an estimate within a couple days and completed the job on-time. I thought I was going to have to replace both entire patio doors, but they said the glass was in stock and could be done in a week. The doors look fantastic. Would definitely use them again.

Did a great job, glass was thicker than the original one which is not available anymore. Just had to make it fit,just took a little bit longer.
