My bathroom was in bad shape and needed to be gutted. When I called Nessim Renovations Eric was quick to respond and very informative about what needed to happen. Manny and his crew came to do the work. They were very respectful ,detailed oriented, and a pleasure to work with. Manny communicated with me throughout the process so I got both what was needed and what I wanted. Very happy with the outcome. Great job, I love my new bathroom. Thank you so much.

Deck project 2 to 3 years ago. When warpage occurred was told to get a handyman to fix it as he was too busy. You are on your own after the final payment has been made.

Ericâ s crew replaced aging upper & lower wood deck with TREX composite; new joists, posts, & faschia. Removed all debris. Worked hard and well together, very professionally executed. No more tripping on loose boards, sealing wood, worrying about it! That side of 55+ house looks years younger! Very pleased with added safety and updated look. Our three decks were in a dangerous state, so we hired Nessim Renovations to replace them. What a huge difference in the appearance of the house. Eric (the owner) was responsive and professional from the get-go. Very easy to work with. His crew was professional and polite. They did solid work, quickly. We had a minor issue (manufacturerâ s defect) after completion, and someone was there quickly to replace it. Overall, very happy with the final product and would definitely hire again for other projects!

I am still in the process of my deck renovation. Everything is going as planned and I can discuss any concerns that I may have. My questions are answered and explained. I am very much loving what I see so far. Eric is very professional and is genuine in making sure you are satisfied with your project. He is on top of everything. I find him a person you can trust and that is hard to find now a day! Josh, the Foreman, is extremely professional and truly knows his stuff!!! The quality of the workmanship is amazing. You can see that he truly takes pride in his work and is a true craftsman. There is another gentleman and lady in the crew which are also professional. I can hardly wait to see the final product.
