Communication was great from the first email on....I was able to schedule an appointment on Wednesday for that Saturday for two tv wall mounts. I deal with high end contractors on a regular basis and I would put Nerds To Go in this category at a fraction of the price. Couldnt recommend them enough!

They picked up my computer to install a trackpad and when I picked it up the world clock was somehow set to 2001 so I knew immediately something was wrong because I didn't even know that it possible. When I took it home I could not open the back because they used-non-Apple securing screws. So, after restarting it at home I noticed the keyboard was not working properly so I brought it back into them to have a look. When I got there and the owner opened the back I was horrified to see that the internal battery wasnât secured with provided screws and brackets which is not only unsafe, but dangerous as well. The owner offered no explanation to their shoddy workmanship and stated he had âno ideaâ why the keyboard wasn't working properly either. I told him his response was totally unacceptable and left with my computer. Unfortunately, now I have a damaged computer that I have no idea of how to repair through no fault of my own. I can say that I plan on taking legal action to have the situation remedied and cannot recommend NerdsToGo in any way.

Our team was brought in to finish the replacement of the trackpad, which we did and tested to ensure it was working properly. They really did care about the problem and attacked it with determination! This was a tough job but they resolved the issue and my internet is working faster and cable is clear I will definitely end calling back for more projects
