The individual who came to our lawn was very nice to deal with. However, he did not level our lawn properly so we will need to redo that this spring. I will not be calling the owner to discuss this issue because the owner of this company has no sense of customer service! They will perform services on your lawn without notifying you a head of time and simply leave you a bill. Then, when you call to discuss this matter, the owner argues with you and says that he has it in his notes that we agreed to the service. He does not send electronic quotes or document any of the services electronically. It is a horrible way of doing business and incredibly archaic. He argues with you constantly and does nothing to make you feel like a valued customer. We will NEVER use them again. This happened to many others if you look at their google reviews. Stay away from this company!

The quality of work is good overall, however Glen the owner was not always so pleasant to deal with. One time I was out of the country during one of their service visits and called to confirm that areas outside my fenced in area were done, since that area looks like it is not part of my property. In the past they missed that area of the lawn so I just wanted to confirm. I received a lengthy voicemail back from Derek expressing displeasure that I asked that question, he seemed to take it personally and I did not mean it that way at all. There were a few other calls with him that made dealing with him not so pleasant. I never really fired them, but they just stopped coming apparently based on some of the feedback I gave them. They must have thought I was going to fire them, so they never came back. In fairness to them, I was quite happy overall with the actual service itself, but just didn't enjoy the drama and moodiness of the owner so much. I'm sure there are many happy customers though as long as they don't interact with the owner so much. Anyway, life goes on!

Just doing an update nearly a year after our first service. Natural Choice has taken great care of our lawn. When we moved here... our lawn was patchy with thin grass. Today - it's has the thickest and most beautiful grass on our block! Awesome job!!
