I am very happy with the job they did. Unfortunately, the weather was bad for a whole week before they could finish the job. However, Carlos never lost his cool and was good natured till the end. He was fair with his pricing. I would highly recommend NA Home Improvement.

As a former small contractor I appreciated that Carlos was always on time with meetings and the job schedule, and he was straightforward in his pricing. He gave you the specifications and and price without playing games. When on the job he was flexible and had no problem doing little things, like small unrelated minor repairs that improved the appearance of the overall job. Carlos did not pretend he was doing you a favor or enduring hardship.

Carlos is a great guy to work with. Great workmanship, great ethics, and professionalism. Timely delivered, and clean the worksite after work. Didn't nickel and dime over little things that are expected in the project of the size. Wish him great success, as not many do the work like this.

Very detailed and very reasonable. They also helped me with a small fixes which were pending. The workmanship was perfect and they got it all in place from drippage to the shingles as promised in the contract and without oversight. They took care of the garbage as well and did a perfect cleanup post the work was completed. Five Thumbs up and Five Stars to NA Home improvement and Carlos s entire team.

Price was good at first and I was told upfront about additional charges if need be. However, when it came to additional charges it seemed as though the guy was just pulling prices out of his head to see if i would pay it. The clothe on my gazebo was damaged from shingles that were ripped off my roof, he told me his crew didn t do it but u can see the shingles under my gazebo that came from the roof. My sidewalk got cracked from the dump truck and he denied it until I showed him the tire tracks from the truck, he fixed it. Cleanup was not the great my neighbor got a nail stuck in his tire and got a flat, i had to pay for a new tire. Oh and btw pay attention to the soffits mine was ripped down and it s costing me more money to get them replaced. Have someone home for insurance reasons, drinking may happen. Just make sure you record everything before and after to have proof if there s any problems. I should ve done that.

It is unfortunate that this client speaks about our service. the work is 100% perfect. The house is over 100 years old and many repairs had to be made, like replacing wood and many other things. but as this man every day was drunk it seems he did not understand. we agree on the prices. the photos of this work are in fb and the address 38 Park Street, Bloomfield, NJ 07003

This company is GREAT!!! They sided our three story Victorian home. keeping the character with special attention to the detail around the windows.. Carlos is very professional and very easy to deal with and the crew works VERY hard and together seamlessly. I have recommended them to neighbors and would not hesitate to hire again!
