Reviews
Write a ReviewGreat service, product and pricing.
Attended to my issue from the start. The work was repaired and replaced within a few weeks. Another company took a water sample and never got back to me with a quote or addressed any of my specific issues.
Matt really understands water systems. He was helpful and made the process easy. I believe I paid a fair price. Would definitely recommend NH water care for a water softener install
Professional and timely service, I am very pleased!
The technicians showed up on time, completed the service promptly, and answered all of my questions. They were very friendly and courteous. They documented everything they did on the invoice.
Friendly, professional, got the job done. Was great working with them!
My well water has a high content of iron and manganese. I lived with it for 23 years because I thought the only solution was a water softener system. I had one in my previous home and didn't like the soapy feeling on the body after a shower. Then somebody advised me that a green sands system would eliminate the minerals without leaving me with that distasteful soapy feeling. The only company in NH that I could find that would provide a green sands system was NH Water Care. I contacted them and got an estimate. I also contacted the 3 references they provided after I requested them. All positive. So I decided to have them install the system. After the installation was completed they took a water sample and had it tested. The result showed that the iron level was now well below the recommended level but even though the manganese had gone down appreciably it was still above the recommended level. I wasn't concerned since manganese, especially at this new level, does not present a health problem. But I still called Matt Griffin, the owner, and asked if anything more could be done. He came out soon after and adjusted the backwash to occur more frequently. One of his people came out a few weeks later to retest the water to see if made any improvement. After the test results indicated that there wasn't any a tech came out and added some more chemicals to the tank. Matt is coming out in a couple of days to test the water to see if the addition of the extra chemicals had the desired result. Bottom line - NH Watercare is a great company and they give great support to their customers. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing a water treatment system.
I was very impressed with everyone from the company as they were all very helpful and were able to provide me a system that best fit my needs. The installers were great and very helpful in going over the system and how everything works. They both did a very well done, clean install and you could tell took pride in their work! Thanks again!
The professional that came was extremely knowledgeable and provided great direction and details on the work prior to completing the job. Very neat and professional
Got right back to me Very professional
