NEW Painting

I was so impressed with Bruce and this company. They always responded promptly (which is a really big deal up here in Door County). Bruce came out and measured the deck I needed power washed and stained and showed me color choices. He then setup an appointment with me and his crew actually arrived as planned. They used quality materials. After the deck dried there were some patches that didn’t absorb the stain as well as other spots. I talked to Bruce about my concerns. He came out immediately and agreed that it needed a second coat. The crew came back. I was so pleased with the way this company stood behind their work and wanted it to be perfect. I am 100% pleased and will hire N.E.W. again in a heartbeat.

The staff is very professional, on time, anxious to fix any flaws, and sensitive to the homeownersâ privacy. Availability was immediate after the estimate was accepted. I am thrilled with the result.

Work done was ok except do poor job of protecting adjacent items. They dropped deck stain drippings on our limestone step and limestone patio pavers. Stains cannot be removed, ever!

when they were pressure washing my backyard fence The neighbor lady called and said " You have got to stop these guys - They are getting dirt all over my house !!" They power-washed the area she was concerned about, a very small area. They did a good job and we were very happy with the results. Thank You!
