Came out on 1/17 to take photos, review property, and discuss work scope. Took check as payment for CAD drawings / plans which he said would be done within a week. Never supplied, never returned calls, and then waited almost 2 months to cash the check after delivering NO service! Recent attempts to contact lead to immediate voicemail and a full mailbox. Filed a dispute with my bank.

Hired for aeration. Discussed verbally and by text, The owner in text stated and confirmed that he mows before aeration typically mow prior to aeration as it is needed 100%, I answered back by text with a thumbs up! Came home to find he aerated over my lawn that had to be mowed first. Then had to endure an argument with him stating I was wrong as it was a mis- interpretation. Stated he also ran over sprinkler head because I had yellow and orange flags, Did offer to correct situation, however after telling me, that I was wrong, I wanted nothing more to do with the situation. He had cancelled my appointment twice previously. Anything I'm at fault at is BAD JUDGEMENT. Julie F Smithtown NY

Julie told me she would mow her own lawn and flag her own heads due to preventing additional confrontation from on going butting of the heads with neighbors. Then proceeded to flag her heads and not cut the lawn.
