We received multiple quotes, and happy we decided to go with Dave, Kathleen, and Steve for our roof replacement in North Attleboro, as they made us the most comfortable. They were all wonderful to work with, answering our many questions â and the job was done on time as promised. They were efficient, cleaned up well after completion - and couldnâ t believe it was all done in one day especially with the removal of our solar panel which they did with ease. We are very happy with the completed job and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a contractor/roof replacement!

After a few weeks after our initial meeting, Dave and his wife came to my house and surprised me with a plaque indicating their suppliers and partners were going to provide me with a free roof in appreciation for my service in the Marine Corps. I was in shock and could not believe it. When the time came to do the replacement, the contractors showed up and performed outstanding work and they were very fast as well. Great service at a fair price! Recently, my roof suffered damage from a wind storm. After receiving several quotes, I went with NE Building and Restoration. From shingle removal, disposal and new installation of the entire roof â they were superb! I highly recommend NE Building and Restoration. Their service was excellent from the start. David Rosati, the owner, was very prompt to come out to the home for an evaluation and was very professional and courteous. We worked easily with my insurance company and they, and I, were very pleased with how quickly the job was completed. The quality of the material and workmanship was fantastic and the total price was spot on.

Iâ d like to give a big shout out for Rhode Island General Contractor, David Rosati of New England Building and Restoration for a successful roof replacement/restoration on our house in Cumberland, Rhode Island. A big storm caused considerable wind damage requiring insurance restoration, ultimately for the whole roof and gutter. From the first day to completion David and Kathleen helped us to navigate through the insurance nightmare. We couldnâ t have done it without their understanding of the insurance world and the communication needed to get it done. What is really remarkable is David was key to increasing the initial payout from the insurance company from about $190 to over $30,000! That is not a typo friends. My wife and I were astounded over the low-ball payout from our insurance company. David & team acted on our behalf and demonstrated to the Insurance company that the entire roof, gutter system, and some interior ceiling required replacement/restoration.

Couldn't ask for a better roofing company. David came to check out the property and gave me an estimate quickly. They were flexible around my schedule and able to get the work done in a quick, and professional manner. David was here multiple times during the day to make sure all my questions and concerns were addressed. His crew cleaned up thoroughly, you never would have known a crew was here for 8 hours tearing off a 60-year-old two-layer roof. David and his team were a pleasure to do business with.

We got a brand new roof this week thanks to N.E. Building & Restoration LLC! We bought our absolute dream home but it had one problem from day one-the roof. We were able to buy 4 years, kind of clinching our teeth, because let’s face it, roofs are a huge investment especially on a house this size. But David and N.E. Building and Restoration was amazing from the initial estimate visit (showing up surprising me with a Mary Lous Coffee) to the work being completed in the most timely and efficient manner. They were so quick and accommodating from start to finish. A great company with a very personal touch and attention to detail. We’ve dealt with many home improvement companies this year and they are on the top of my list. Just in answering calls, answering all of my questions, and in being professional and knowledgeable about the work and products, and most importantly they were kind (which is huge in my book).
