Giving 3 stars on work quality for several reasons - delayed install because he was missing a part for our shower, so we had a half-installed unusable shower for over a week. Shower became irreparably scuffed during installation in a couple of places, which is a real disappointment because it was just refinished. Workers left without cleaning up tiny slivers of aluminum shavings or cleaning the shower glass. Giving a 5 on customer service because Jason was easy to contact and very flexible in scheduling install around other work crews in my home, and a 4 in value because while it was a fair price, the issues mentioned above made it feel less worth the money.

Professional, timely, accurate in their projections and most importantly of the three I pinged they responded within 20 minutes. This sense of business urgency is rare to find today as the other two on the list have yet to respond and NC Installations has completed the project when they said they would and at the quote they provided. So refreshing in todayÂ’s environment.
