The service was a "deep cleaning" of the house. It included cleaning the window surfaces easily accessible. Pleased with the thoroughness of cleaning the house interior surfaces and dusting -- including getting under items on desks, etc. This was my first time having cleaning services. I recommend their service.

I've been trying to reach Tracy to follow up on some concerns with the quality of work and has been unable to get her on the phone. I was also inquiring about routine service for my new home and didn't get a call back with an estimate. Pretty disappointing when Tracy was initially very responsive.

Good morning, Desiree, whom you dealt with both in your cleaning and your estimate for your new home, has made several attempts to get ahold of you. She has left multiple messages and throughout the last few weeks including an attempt within one business day of the one message we received from you on our answering machine. I am sorry that you feel that we have been less than thorough in our attempts to reach you. Perhaps you were waiting for a call back specifically from Tracey but she is not in the customer service department on a regular basis, which is why it has been Desiree attempting to reach you...
