Rafael was more than professional in helping us with our siding. He was patient and kind. He went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. He’s not just a roofing and siding guy, he’s a great neighbor!

Presentation was Excellent and it's why we chose them. Supplies were delivered day before and workers were on time next morning. Roof was done and couldn't be any happier with the materials, staff, and Rafael Botaro, Excellent Excellent service and quality.

A short time after setting my project date following the presentation ,estimate/cost with my sales rep Rafael Botaro, the subject work was conducted and completed one week later, and on time as instructed . The crew arrived exactly as stated and started working immediately. The salesman Roger, was on-site throughout the installation of the new roof. Upon completion, the crew professionally cleaned my property with precision, and additionally cleared the debris that had fallen near the adjacent property. Upon review of my new roof, I was ecstatic in review of the beauty , workmanship, and professionalism exhibited via the snapshots shared by Roger. There’s no words to reflect the final product except “Absolutely Supreme” in detail and beauty; I am looking forward to future projects with Roofing Pups.
