I give my highest recommendation to Andy and Apex for emergency mitigation and working with (and battling) insurance companies. Simply put: Andy is a man I trust. I suggest you just take down his number now and save it in the case of an emergency. I am a new homeowner in Orange County and we had a pipe burst in Jan 2022. I was very lucky to know of Andy and Apex. I called Andy and he had a plumber on site on a Sunday evening within 30 min. The next day I hired him and his team to help with emergency mitigation and correspondence with my insurer. Andy is incredibly experienced and he was an excellent communicator - always explaining the next step of the process. He led and commanded the process of retrieving what my insurer was legally obligated to pay. As you may know, the insurer is incentivized to make the minimum payout possible and throw obstacles in the way to try to justify what they wont cover. If you have Andy in your corner, you will prevail. Andy and his team are incredibly professional, experienced, and organized. They document everything and make it nearly impossible for an insurer to pay out a dime less than you are entitled to. He consistently put pressure on the insurer until they did what was right. In my case, we had to file a formal complaint with NY state because my insurer slow and inactive. Andy helped guide me through that process. My insurer eventually did pay out the full amount that Andy and his team estimated. I am very glad to have met Andy and I look forward to working with him and his team in the near future. He is the first place I will look when it comes to making repairs or renovations in my home.

We had our bathroom completely remodeled by ACRS and we are very happy with the project. Andy and his entire crew of skilled and caring pros produced the beautiful new bathroom that my wife and I envisioned. Andy answered all of our questions and kept us informed as the project proceeded. The men were all very responsive to any questions that we had. They also took great care about cleaning up and removing any debris at the end of the day's work. I would definitely recommend this company.

Apex Contracting is a top notch company delivering top notch services. My home was damaged by Storm Ida and the team performed amazing work to rehab/replace and install new water draining/sump pump lines in my basement, waterproof basement, install new windows and doors! This was a massive job. The team is very knowledgeable, clean, timely, and respectful! Huge shoutout to Andrew the owner for running an excellent business and service! He came highly recommended and we see why. We will be working with Andy again in the near future!

Andy was great - efficient, knowledgeable, and communicative. Most importantly, he was key in helping us to think through our basement space and how it could be utilized most effectively (for example, he suggested placing a closet in a specific location because it could be easily converted to a bathroom down the road should we, or future owners, want to do so). While we experienced delays in receiving materials due to current supply chain issues, Andy was in constant contact with us with updated timelines. And, of course, the finished product is beautiful and high quality. I would have no reservations about recommending Apex for any renovation needs!

Often people report terrible experience with contractors. This company is the total opposite they do excellent work. They helped with negotiation and submittal of my insurance claim since I had never submitted a claim in the past. In addition, there was ongoing communication throughout the process. They came highly recommended and it was not exaggerated. Their attention to detail was outstanding. I would recommended them as well as hiring them again if the need arises.
