My Arborist

These guys did a great job removing a tree branch that was 14" in diameter at the base and hanging ominously over my garage. The price I paid was appropriate to the degree of difficulty. They did a great job, no problems, and I recommend them.

My Aborist was easy to work with. The employees were prompt, communicative and cleaned up well. They raised the crown, trimmed and disposed of trimmings on five trees and cut one down. Before, and after pictures of two of the trees included. Salvador monitored the work and contacted me several times during the day. He made sure I was satisfied at each communication. I’ve already recommended My Arborist to my neighbor for her tree. The price charged was reasonable for the amount of work My Arborist completed.

These guys were great! I'd hire them again. They had a freak accident at the last large cut and the 14 foot tall "stump" rolled and fell in an unexpected direction. It did some damage to the fence but they had the fence fixed with new materials and looking identical to before within an hour! The crew leader felt so bad, despite already amending the wrong, he did a little unexpected work on some other nearby stumps that weren't properly removed by a different tree service years prior. They had the entire property pristine by the time they left. Very caring and professional and reasonable rate, too.

I got a nastygram from the HOA. My trees needed to be pruned. I've never had trees that needed to be pruned before and didn't know where to start. Google said My Arborist in Denton was good. Went to their website, filled out a request for price form on a Saturday. They called first thing Monday, I sent them a picture of the trees, he gave me a price and said they could do it Thursday. They did what they said they were going to do, when they said they were going to do it, at the price they quoted. As the old beer commercial said. It don't get no better than that.

I first contacted My Arborist! in August about a tree that seemed to be dying. Salvador immediately called me, asked to see pictures and discuss what was needed for my tree. It has Emerald Ash Boars. Today he gave the tree an injection and removed the dead branches. He also trimmed a tree in the front that was over my neighbors drive and roof. For the first time I have had a tree company listen to my request, discussed my options and followed through in a timely manner and reasonable rate. I especially love that he is an arborist and knows what is best for my trees. My Arborist! will forever by my tree service!

Salvador and his team were GREAT! His employee showed up when he said he would and ground the stump just as I had wanted. Would highly recommend!!!

Very courteous, knowledgeable, and customer service was tremendous. Salvador is an amazing business man with exceptional skills. We would definitely hire him again and recommend him without reservation. He was prompt and thorough and his price for stump grinding was very reasonable.

Fantastic Job

Salvador and his crew were wonderful. He communicated very well with me to let me know his arrival time, lunch breaks and if he had questions on the work. He and his crew worked very hard and were welcoming of my suggestions and always willing to make me satisfied with his work. I highly recommend this company. I will be calling them for any work I might need in the future.
