Technician came out the same day that I called and was able to solve my problem for me! My only issue is that the office (Jorge, I believe) called me over and over a week later. I was in a meeting at work and declined the first call, they immediately called back and I declined again, they immediately called back and I stepped out of my meeting to answer - it was him wanting me to fill out a survey. I didn't feel like calling me thrice in one minute was warranted but here's your survey. Again, a week after this, I was called at work again, I declined, they immediately called back and I answer it frustrated again - it was for a promotional service. One call would suffice - if you do not get an answer, maybe move on to the next person on your list. In fact, take me off your list entirely 😅

Andrew VonRekowski was exactly on time, worked efficiently, and was honest about the situation. He provided multiple options as a solution to my drain issue and sent me quotes for all of them so I could forward them on to my landlord, but also told me how I could deal with the issue in the meantime. I appreciated the text ahead of time on the day of with the picture and name of the serviceman so I would know who to expect. Really great experience.

The guy that helped me (I dont know if i should say his name but the company knows who) was extremely nice funny and did a great job best guy on their team

I wanted an estimate for the cost to clean out or pump out our septic tank. Austin Beynon came out to take a look at the size of the tank and explained some options Mr. Rooter had to have servicing on the septic system. I wasn’t aware the company had so many plumbing services that I might be needing in the future. Austin was great and answered all my questions, gave me the estimate and provided excellent customer service.
