This company deserves a 5 star plus rating! From my first contact with Mr Rooter Plumbing of Torrance I was impressed with the professionalism, and courtesy, demonstrated by Jeff. The work was done on time, excellent job, cleaned up after the project. Jeff and Billy did a camera inspection and high velocity hydro scrub of our drains. The camera noted tree roots in the sewer line drain and Jeff's estimate of the cost of the project was very competitive and started the job immediately after I approved the job and they finished the very next day. Called Mr. Rooter, they sent Jeff to help me out, very good service. Polite, fast & respectful. Listened to my concerns, helped within 25min for a very simple problem. Broken pipe, definatly call him for anything you need, hes a 5 star plumber.

Sales Rep arrived timely and was very informative. Quote was much hire then Home Advisorâ s projection for a water heater re-placement. I must clarify though, it was same day service on a Saturday. Michael, the plumber did a great job with the install. He was quick, (about 2 hours) and cleaned up after himself, (was like he was never here). Overall a great experience.

Dan was awesome. Had an old single lever water shut of valve leaking. Dan came out at 10 pm to repair. Looked so tired but got the job done with an awesome personality. Very appreciative of the effort. Would definitely use again.

The cost versus time spent for replacing a gas line I felt was excessive. Two nice/hard working young men spend 7 hours digging a ditch the first day. The second day, again, two nice/hard working young men laid the flexible gas pipe and filled the ditch. This took 3 hours. I was invoiced at a $300/hr labor rate. That equates to $150/hr for each laborer. Digging a ditch is hard work, but for $150/h per laborer, I believe that rate to be excessive. Unfortunately I didn't have time to get competitive bids. The gas company had shut off the to the house and we wanted to get the leak repaired ASAP. I hired the first call I received via Home Advisor. Classic Plumbers was very professional , but I wouldn't use them again without getting competitive bids. Their rate was very high.
