Mr. Electric of Queensbury

From the very start I was highly impressed with Mr. Electric of Queensbury, NY. My first contact was with a rep, Morgan, who was pleasant, professional and efficient in setting me up with a tech within 2 days. The tech appeared on time as scheduled. He was professional, courteous and very careful about analyzing and remediating the problem. My electrical issue was highly unusual, but Gordon was able to resolve it, and he stayed until the job was finished. I am glad I was able to work with this company.

The gentlemen that came were both friendly, and professional and very knowledgeable in what they were doing.

We would definitely hire them again.

Way beyond my expectations! Professional on every level from covering their shoes every time they went in and out, thorough problem investigation, courteous and great explanations throughout the process, reasonable and fair prices, solid install and equipment. What's more, even long after I paid in full, they continued to go to bat for me with National Grid who identified a problem on their end and promised repeatedly to fix it but as of this comment, has not yet done so. 6 stars for Mr. Electric if I could!
