Write a ReviewThis is the second time Dan has come to the rescue. We requested him specifically. We trust him to do a great job. He is willing to give some tips on tools and techniques. He is a 10 out of 10.
They were able to come the same day and fix my problem. Very nice guy and did a great job.
I was kinda learie about calling Mr. Appliance. I was afraid it was going to be a big company that did not care about the customer. I was sure surprised. My tech was Jeremiah Cline and he was so nice and explained what the problem was with my refrigerator. He is taking the time to call the manufacturer to see if they would do anything since it was just 2 years old. Then he took the time to tell me what refrigerator he would recommend for me to get. The ones he gets the least calls about having problems. You don't get that with every appliance repair. I would have them back again if I need an appliance worked on. Thanks Jeremiah
Going thru my home warranty company. Been waiting two weeks for them to tell them if my appliance quit working through normal wear and tear. And still waiting
He really checked out everything on the frig., the repair cost was too high for us to fix it ($600+) so we just bought a new one.
I’ve used Mr Appliance a few times now, and had the same technician both times, Jeremiah. He did a very thorough job, takes his time, very polite, respectful of my property. Definitely my go to people!!!
Very disappointed with our service. Technician had to use iPad to research possible problems. “Thought” he found the problem. Waited another week on parts. $500 later and still having the same issue. When called back to reschedule, it was going to take days for them to get back out and another service charge. No thank you. We could have bought a new dryer by the time 3 weeks and $500 passed.
Mr Appliance did a great job, the technician Nathen was very professional and knowledgeable. He parked in the street came in and put on booties to protect our floors. Found out the problem and diligently searched for a replacement part, would not take no for an answer from the manufacturers. We had the part the next day and Mr Appliance sent Nathen back out that afternoon. Great company to do business with. Thanks
Mr. Appliance (Perrysburg ? North Central Ohio) misdiagnosed my dryer and charged me $311 for a repair that didn?t fix the problem. They later admitted the diagnosis was wrong, removed the part, and promised a refund?but only sent me $55 for the part. I explained I?d gladly pay their $119 service fee, but I?m still out $137 more than fair. Repeated calls and even a certified letter were ignored. Poor accountability and customer service?I would not recommend them.
Andrew was excellent! Professional, friendly, and knowledgeable.
