We had to purchase a new outside unit a few months ago and the crew that came did a wonderful job, reasonably priced unit and enjoyed their company while here as well. Yesterday, we called Moody's for help as our A/C inside wasn't cooling; there was a problem in the attic unit. It was quite warm in the house and I had concerns of my father 88 y/o getting too hot, especially after having a surgical procedure. They came as soon as possible yesterday; the repairman pinpointed the problem rather quickly and had us up and running......and COOL! We're always pleased with the service and attention that we receive from Moody's. Our family would highly recommend them to anyone. We appreciate them very much!

They came out the same day I called super fast and also explained everything to me. They got the parts the same day and had everything back to cooling.

Very poor service! They gave us a run around all week it all started on Monday he came and gave us a quote and told us the problem and we told him you have the job and he was going to order the part and we texted him Wednesday and he said something went wrong with shipping till finally Friday we texted him and asked if we should get another company and he said for us to get other company! I have to screenshots! And it was the coldest week of the year and let us go all week without any heat! And did not even have the decency to call us and tell us anything just through text! I have all the screenshots! Toward me personally like personal life stuff! Very very unprofessional as a business owner! Had nothing to do with the problem with the heater!
