Justin, Cameron and Matt were extremely professional and friendly. Justin was great fitting me in last minute. Cameron and Matt came out and ended up working in the rain and dark! The only reason I knocked off one star was the "repair" they did on the squirrel damage. Maybe it was a misunderstanding on my part but I thought the damage would be fixed, when in fact they just put some metal sheeting over the hole. While the hole is closed up, I feel they basically put a band aid on my problem while I'll still have to hire someone to replace the wood, especially since the squirrel continues to chew on it. I do recommend Monumental Pest but I also advise you to be clear on any "repair" work they need to do.

As cute as raccoons are, we have learned how extremely destructive to homes they can be. We had hired two other companies to remove raccoons from our attic. Both were unsuccessful. Thankfully, we discovered Monumental Pest Control! The teamâ  s knowledge, trustworthiness, reliability, reasonable pricing, focus on outstanding customer service and the ability to get the job done was/is outstanding. They truly care about meeting and solving the customerâ  s needs and issues. An easy Five Stars!

I had a squirrel who made his home above my garage and a bee hive in my tree and I was extremely satisfied and pleased with the work to remove both. Todd was very personable, professional, experienced and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain the work and the process and he really went above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied. His knowledge regarding wildlife was very impressive and I was confident he knew what he was doing. I had gotten 4 estimates and his was definitely the most reasonable. The expertise, the excellent service, the warranty, and the cost all get a 5 star rating from me!

I used Monumental Pest for a spider issue I was having. They came out really fast and so knowledgeable on how to keep my family safe. After their inspection, they found 2 live BLACK WIDOWS in my basement! They did a thorough treatment and set up a free follow up visit to make sure the problem was completely gone. I highly recommend them

Monumental was amazing! Very fast response and service. I had a bunch of birds in my dryer vent and they were able to get them all out and clear the vent of all nesting debris, and put a different cap on the vent so they canâ  t get back in there and nest again. Very professional!
