Monument Professional Painting

Replaced trim boards and did not spackle before priming. Missed 11 obvious places. Sprayed and missed several large places. Coverage very poor. Then came back and painted missed spots with brush so have flashing everywhere. Would not apply needed second coat under current contract. Got into it with our garage installer because they were late on installation which was not any of his business! Wanted payment in full or lien on house and threatened small claims court. Ridiculous job that was done. Turned him into better business bureau.

Superb workmanship in deck staining and stucco repair. Outstanding attention to detail. Kept informed throughtout project. Clean worksite and meticiulous project cleanup. Great value for money and quality received. Eric is very personable and takes pride in his work.

House looks great! There were a few fixes that needed touch ups but they promptly returned to fix them.

Eric the owner and Glen his assistant were very professional and on time ever morning at 7:30am. They were always respectful. The quality of work they did repairing my stucco and repainting my home was exceptional work. I had neighbors coming over to get Eric’s phone number because they to could see his quality of work. Every time I look at my home when I drive up I am just so pleased and happy.

Incredible service by Eric! Very professional from the free walkthrough/estimate, through the constant communication leading up to the work and the stucco repair itself. The craftsmanship and color-matching was perfect - better than I expected. I will definitely use him and his company again as the do all types of restoration work as well (rock & masonry, woodwork, etc) - not just painting and stucco. I’d give 6 stars if I could!!

We highly recommend Monument Professional Painting & restoration. They were competent, very neat and completed the job on schedule. We were very pleased with the results. Eric and his worker were friendly and polite. If we ever need any painting done, we would not hesitate to call them again.

I hired Eric for interior painting and the service was terrible, kitchen smears on the cabinetry doors, doors were not double coated, lots of drips and streaks, no cleanup, things that should have been painted were not, for example they used a roller to paint the walls but where they stopped the roller they did not finish the wall by cutting the rest in, rooms were not completely painted, according to the contract it said tape and cover all areas to be unpainted and fell short on that, my leather sofa was not covered properly so there are paint swears all over on the backside and may need to be replaced if it cannot be cleaned , so disappointing

Every man on Eric's crew was outstanding, conscientious and really cared about the work they were doing. I was so happy to see the beautiful job they did. Very clean work. Fast! And good communication. I'm a subcontractor and have worked alongside paint crews before and none anywhere near as good as these guys. My highest (jealous) compliments to Eric's management skills!
