I highly recommend Monster Tree Service!!! Mark was extremely responsive and provided a written quote within a couple of hours. The pricing is very competitive, and we were able to schedule the work around my time schedule. Mark's crew did a great job of taking down the tree and cleaning up. This was really a positive experience!!! Very much worth your while to give Monster a call for any work you need to have done.

Not happy with their work. Not skilled. Damaged nearby trees when cutting branches, sloppy and left a lot of brush I had to pick up. Then tried to say itâ s all normal and wouldnâ t reduce the price. No care at all for customer satisfaction. Go elsewhere if you want a good job done.

Im sorry you were not happy with the finished result. As I explained we had difficult pruning bringing limbs down over shrubs below. We pruned the damage to the shrub below, and left it as best as possible. When I came back to pick-up the brush left in your wagon, you indicated the landscaper had already removed. We also spent extra time coordinating and consulting with your two neighbors where the trees were shared. The trees pruned are looking good today which is the result of our time and care we put into pruning. I hope we can come back to keep up on your pruning in the future. Although they were a bit more expensive, their response was very quick and gave me the most confidence that the work (removing two large (65+ft) trees) would be done properly. I've spoken to them about the removal of a few more large trees.

The entire crew from Mark and Wesley to all the men on the job were professional, courteous, skilled, efficient, and friendly. They did an excellent job and left my yard clean as a whistle!!
