I originally called for trimming. Eric said we need some trimming. But we waited and a 60’ tree fell. We called several services but Eric was the first responder with the best quote. They came with a crew trimmed 4 trees and cut down 5 trees in a day leaving only the 12” thick rounds as I asked. All while I was in Hawaii. Nice polite guys too.

I needed to have a large Deodar Cedar that was leaning toward my house removed from my backyard. For access, a section of my fence had to be removed. Erik and his crew removed the tree, ground out the stump, replaced the fence and cleaned up in a remarkably short amount of time. The work was done in a very professional manor, and I consider the price charged to be very reasonable. If I decide to remove another tree, I will definitely use this company again.

When they showed up and did some of the work they were competent, efficient, and cleaned up. But the communication is terrible. They were 15 minutes late for the estimate appointment and did not acknowledge or apologize. When they showed up to do the work they told me their grinder was broken but the stump removal was the main reason Id hired them. Over a week later I emailed them to find out when they would finish the job and the response was We are having mechanical issues.? They did not offer any kind of time frame for when the mechanical issues will be fixed. I have to find someone else to do the work now.

I needed some trees taken down and stumps removed. They came onsite, did the work quickly, and with quality. There were a couple items that were tricky for them not to damage while taking down the tree, but they did a masterful job. Still can't believe they got it done so fast!

They did exactly what I wanted them to do and cleaned up afterwards. They were working from the time they got here until they left. They were courteous and checked with me to make sure they got everything before they left.
