Friendly servicer. However, had a bit of sticker shock with air sampling. Was told it was $160 per sample but it wasn?t clear until she finished that the total would be $320 (a control sample target sample). It would have been better to clearly quote the expected total.

Had to rip walls down again after mold service was completed and found there was still mold that was not removed.

We do offer a warranty on all our work. If you had called us we would gladly take care of the problem. In your situation, there were multiple leaks caused by the contactor not doing their job correctly, and not placing a shower pan where needed that we do not cover.

They were very good at finding multiple leaks that we had & they were great about working around my time schedule & did not pressure me about anything. The workers were very courteous & kept the areas they were working on clean. I would definitely recommend this company & plan to have them remodel our whole bathroom at some point!

I never received an invoice. They told me that they were going to email it.

Unfortunately, we only give invoices when work has been done and we need to collect payment. I believe you are referring to an estimate, we do not get paid to write estimates and therefore are not obligated to write one we get to choose which jobs we would like to take on or not.

VERY DISAPPOINTED! It took forever to get an estimate, after reaching out twice. The job was not complete. I am having to get someone else to finish the work. I was promised by Nick that he would come back to make the work look neat, it has been two weeks. I have not heard back from him. BAD BUSINESS PRACTICES!

All work was completed on time with exceptionally high-quality work. All workers were introduced to me, making me comfortable with strangers in my home. All workers wore masks and used all health recommendations. I was brought into every step of the process and the process was explained. The total cost was as estimated. The price was about half of the estimate of other contractors. I was very satisfied. I recommend this business.

They are very kind people who genuinely want to help to make your environment cleaner and safe at a reasonable cost. The job was done fairly quickly, and I was given specific details as to what they were doing and why every step of the way. Andrea is a sweetheart, and Miguel and Nick are very respectable, easy going people. More than likely I will be using their services again and/or refer them to a friend.
