Crawl space was musty smelling,and damp all the time.2 young men came out ,and got right to work removing wet insulation,with mold on it.Connor,and Patrick went over,and beyond getting my crawl space breathing right,insulated right,and all the harmful mold,and wet insulation properly disposed of.Great guys!Great company.

We HIGHLY recommend Mold Medics out of Toledo, OH, for all your mold remediation needs. After getting knee deep into remodeling at our new house, we found extensive mold - which seems to have resulted from a few different things: 1.) When the home was built, all the exterior walls of the house were wrapped in plastic vapor barrier which didn’t allow proper breathing for the insulation or walls. 2.) The HVAC system did not have a fan installed to help circulate and blow air to the second level. And the AC unit was too small for the house. 3.) The home had a tree that came through it march 2024, and the insurance company wouldn’t allow the house to be gutted completely to check for hidden water damage or shifting. 4.) The master bathroom fan was not properly vented outside of the house and for years was blowing into the attic creating the perfect environment for mold to flourish. Ashley was AMAZING to work with.
