Lorenzo Mora returned my call right away & made an appointment for the next day. He asked questions about the problem & when he arrived he was professional, friendly & easy to work with. He tested several areas of where water could access & found it was dry & no problem. It turned out to be a couch recently purchased that had been treated by the store that was the source of the strange smell. And even though the problem was something else beside the walls & windows for potential water leaks; just knowing that the windows & sliders weren't leaking & is a GREAT RELIEF & his handling of this appointment was reasuring. We kept his business card & would recommend him & his company 100%. He answered all our questions & he is a great resource.

They were more than willing to do the work, very happy with vapor barrier repair. Even though we had the wrong parts to reset the Toilet, were wiling to come back after I got the right parts and reset the Toilet. Very Appreciative of not only the Work but willingness to come back and finish the Job. Prices were very reasonable, very professional.
