John McConnell was very easy to work with, he satisfied all my wants Very efficient and knowledgeable. I am not going to be able to tell until it rains and the leak is secure. He has given me a 3 year warranty on the place where it leaked.

Having dealt with unresponsive contractors in the past I was very pleasantly surprised when Jacob responded to my initial inquiry within a half hour. He was out the same day to estimate the project and had it completed before other roofers even got back to me. The price was great and the crew did a quality job.

John was extremely helpful and patient with all the questions and concerns that I had. This was my first time dealing with such a huge repair on my own. John was one of the first responders, and came over to give me his very fair and reasonable quote within 2 days. He called and checked back often to see if I had questions (which I did) and was always very polite and informative. Besides the price, another reason why I chose this company is because they had the resources within their company to do repairs inside my home that was damaged by the leaks. The roof was completed in one day. I feel blessed to have had this company complete this work..and now no more leaks or damage to my home. I would highly recommend this company.
