Reviews
Write a ReviewWe hired Miranda Tile and Flooring LLC for a master bathroom tile installation. Julian Miranda required a cash deposit, payable upon signing, with a promised start date of September 29th. After providing all necessary materials per his list, we attempted to confirm logistics the day before the start. Julian Miranda cited a court appearance as a delay, then claimed he would arrive later that day but never did. He rescheduled for the next morning; again, he failed to show, causing us to lose both time and money. Multiple attempts to reach Julian went unanswered. Due to his breach of contract, we canceled the agreement and demanded a refund of our deposit, but he has ceased all communication. We are now pursuing recovery of our funds through legal channels. This experience was deeply disappointing and unprofessional, and we strongly advise others to avoid this business.
Julian did our bathroom at our 100 year old lake house. He did a great job. We are only there a month or two a year and wanted it done fast. He worked full days and long hours. Did an amazing job. I am a property manager and deal work workers a lot. Julian was very respectful of our home. I can’t tell you how picky I am. I was completely impressed. Job well done. 6 stars!
