Milo Insulation of East Texas

I was very satisfied with the installation and service performed.. Travis, my sales representative from Tulia was knowlegible about the product and was courteous. The installation was done in about three hours without any problems. Crew was friendly and did the work cleanly. The attic is now insulated to R39 and should provide a more comfortable and cost effective result for years to come. I would y reccomend this company.

Everyone from sales to installation is great to work with. Friendly, professional, and genuinely interested in doing what was right for our home. Chris and his crew removed old insulation, sealed around vents, and installed new MILO insulation. We had 2500 square feet of attic space that the job took 2.5 days to complete. The entire team was respectful of our property, everything was cleaned up after each day. Chris was excellent to make sure everything was completed properly, any concerns he took care of them. I am extremely pleased with MILEX (MILO insulation). Work was done June 7 & 8, 2021. I have noticed a significant improvement in my home. Very professional, on time, worked nonstop except for a lunch break the first day (removing all old insulation- it was a MESS!). Worked nonstop the 2nd day - blowing in the insulation. Had them to remove the 33 yr. old fiberglass & cellulose, & replace with the new grain- based stuff. We noticed an immediate improvement in the air quality, an improved cooling of the air [faster, longer lasting cooling], & no more musty, irritating air coming from our attic! They were very professional, courteous, & friendly! Great people to work with! Would fully recommend them & their product any time!

Good folks to deal with. I had them remove the 25 year old insulation and install the new product. The entire staff/crew were good folks. Hopefully this winter, come January and February, I'll see pleasant results.

I am impressed. Travis is a thorough salesperson and spent a lot of time making sure the quote would be 100% accurate and explaining all of the benefits and the cons. There really are no cons to using this type of insulation. The crew that came and installed the insulation were very respectful and professional. They took their time but that is a good thing.
