Chad came out to work on a 20 year old Generac 20KW standby generator that had stopped running. After checking normal possible issues with no positive results he contacted Generac and they helped troubleshoot the issue. It took replacement of two parts with him having to take unit completely apart each time. It took two days but he did not give up and got it running again. And saved having to replace unit.

He was very prompt, and very knowledgeable, and they actually saved me quite a lot of money. Left job site very clean, like they found it, and easy to get a hold of. I would hire them again.

Mr. Milligan solved the problem fast. I was away from home and he texted me pictures of the problem. He video and text me that it was back running with a replacement of a breaker switch. That's alot!!
