Best bathroom remodels in all of South Dakota and Nebraska

My parents signed for and paid a 50% deposit on a bathroom remodel shower installation back in September. Estimated time for the materials to arrive was early December. By mid-December there had been no communication from the company. Dad finally called and was told there was a delay for various reasons. That has been a month and a half ago now and, again, no communication whatsoever. Dad has attempted to call again and no one is answering. At this point my parents would just like to cancel the job and get their money back. Hoping they are able to accomplish this directly and quickly.

I would never recommend this company again. For one thing, we live 90 miles from Rapid and if they didn?t want to come out this far they shouldn?t have taken the job. Secondly, they came in January and said it would be done before we started calving mid March. March came and went and kept promising me they would call and set up a date, twice. They finally came mid April and did a piss poor job putting on the final baseboards and covering all of the linoleum!
