The work was completed in one day as promised and the problem seems to have been solved. I did not receive other quotes so I assume the price I paid was competitive if the others had given estimates for the necessary work.

I was very happy with my experience with Milano Construction. Alex is extremely knowledgeable about roofing and is truly the expert I needed. He inspected the roof , recommended inexpensive common sense solutions , and he is a meticulous worker , the place was clean as could be when he left. I understand how nerve-racking it can be to hire off a website , but this guy is the real deal. You will never need another roofer after you meet Alex. He's also very easy to talk to and explains everything in everyday language. I highly recommend Alex , you are getting someone with decades of experience for jobs others won't or can't do

Alex was very respectful, courteous, and professional explaining the problem and the proposed solution. We called him at 9am he was here by 11 am he went to get materials and the job was Started by 12 pm we are Completely Satisfied he did a quality and thorough job correcting the problem. Would definitely recommend them.

Alex came out and attempted a couple of times to stop the leak but after a few unsuccessful tries, I decided to get a new roof with another company. I did ask him for a partial refund of my $550.00 but have been ignored.
