Had excellent rapport with Mike. excellent job in every way. Everything was done in a courteous, timely manner. I recommend them highly.

Mike and his worker were great with our questions and all the major work is phenomenal. In many areas they went above and beyond. Our only issue we had was with the little finishing details. Things like a broken trim corner patched with caulk instead of replacing the piece and small but noticeable imperfections. Honestly I think they were just in a bit of a rush to finish up because they worked our project into a very busy schedule.

We live in Yakima and we called 4 different flooring installers. All of our local installers never called back, didnt show up for scheduled appts or cancelled appts prior to showing up. I called LL Flooring in Tri Cities and they recommended Mike's Construction. I called Mike, he answered! He was out the next day from Tri Cities to our Yakima home for an estimate/bid. Mike had a lot of great ideas and suggestions. We actually added more items to our remodeling project. We met Mike in Tri Cities where he helped us throughout the process. He helped pick out colors, flooring and granite counter tops. We also ripped out our old island and had a new one put in. Mike put in luxury vinyl planking throughout our home. Mike was very professional, worked long days, started work as scheduled and did all he said he would do. I would recommend Mike's Construction to anyone looking for a reliable contractor. This company had excellent customer service. Our product came two late, and Mike and Petr came in after hours to make sure it was installed quickly. They did a great job and didn't cut any corners! Fantastic work!

I hired Mike to put together and install some custom ready to assemble pantry cabinets. He was the only Construction professional willing to do the job and we were lucky to have found him! Mike's crew were polite, answered any questions, were clean and professional. They worked tirelessly to complete the job. There was an issue, not the construction crew's fault, with one set of cabinet doors being too wide and they explained the issue, showed us exactly what was wrong, even measuring them for us. When done they cleaned up boxes, packaging, sawdust, screws, everything. Even swept the floor! Mike came by after the crew had completed the job to job to check and verify we were satisfied and understood about the door issue. Could not be happier with the work done by Mike's Construction.
