PA western slateâ â there is no one better out there!!!!! I was in the service for almost 30 years and these guys are top-notch customer service representatives and some of the best in the field out there doing roofs!!!!! They also do windows and replaced 39 windows at my homeâ ¦. They go above and beyond and they are an amazing team!!!!!

All the people at Western PA slate are great. I have worked with them for about 9 years now. I hired them to do my roof and my parentâ s roof. I have a large Victorian home that had not been properly maintained for years . Sometimes leaks are hard to pinpoint on older homes. Western PA Slate is up for the challenge. My parentâ s home is from the 1920â s. Their slate roof was at the end of its life. They came and did a total tear off. They replaced it with a higher quality slate. I highly recommend them for all slate roofing projects.

They were the lowest bidder, but bid the job based on my description and pictures without actually seeing the roof (it s like many others in the area). It took a while to finally get on the schedule due to rain pushing back other jobs, which is understandable. The work took about 90 minutes for 2 people, replaced flashing and several slates. They said the roof was in bad shape, which didn t give me a good feeling that the leak was fixed, and would provide an estimate for a new roof - after putting on the new flashing. I guess I feel like if they had seen the roof before the bid, we might have had a different job. Still waiting for a substantial rain to see if leak has stopped. I ll update if I m able.

Mike and his crew were very professional and prompt with the work they did on our slate roof. On top of that he is an very friendly and personable business owner! Given the expense that a slate roof can incur, he was very helpful in laying out options for future maintenance at a variety of price points. His company came recommended by our home's previous owners and we are very happy to continue working with him. We highly recommend!

Mike was very responsive and his quote was very reasonable compared to other businesses. They did a great job replacing slates that were damaged or missing and cleaned up after themselves. I would recommend them to anyone who needs a slate roof repaired.
