We had shutters installed by these gentleman over a year ago. Fantastic job. Easy to install. We used them last year. We put one set up on our porch area this year (2020) with the first storm in Aug. just in case. We had a small issue with the screws in the bottom plate. Our fault. We called Midatlantic to get some direction. Greg said he was out straight but would call the next day. We had an appt. so we left. When we got home, the screws were taken out and some new ones left behind. My husband was so happy and me also, if you are a wife, you know what I mean. I cannot say enough about this company. They are PROFESSIONAL to the last drop. P. S. I did put the shutters on my taxes with the paperwork they noted on their website and we did get a refund as a result. I just wish that every company you do business with would be like Midatlantic Storm Protection.

Great customer service. Showed up when they said they would. Showed me how to install everything. Very easy for one person to do. Would definitely recommend for hurricane shutters.
