I contacted them through Home Advisor. I quickly received a call to schedule a no cost visit so they could look at the four windows that needed replacement glass repairs and provide me with a quote. The quote was fair so I agreed to have them do the work. I was given a date the work would be completed and the names of the two installers. They arrived as promised, did exceptional work, left everything clean and orderly. I am very happy with the entire experience from start to finish.

Took a down payment of $125. and didn't even get a receipt or follow up e-mail. They were two hours late for the appointment. Window glass is on order for two to three weeks, but have not received call or e-mail since I contacted them.
