The crew did a great job cleaning the windows and screens. They were very careful when working on the interior to ensure that they did cause any issues on the flooring. I would definitely recommend them and will call in the future when my windows need cleaning again.

The team did not protect the patio stonework from leaf debris (wet) that came off the gutters. Hopefully it will wash away with next rain.

Usually any debris will wash away after a good rain, we apologize for this however cleaning gutters can be a dirty job. Especially this time of year when everything is wet and has turned to mud, it is very hard to keep that off of surrounding areas despite our best efforts to clean up afterwards. Thank you for your feedback, if you have any further problems let us know, we do pressure washing and would be more than happy to clean your patio if need be!

We had a big snow storm, so I didn't know when they could make it, but as soon as it melted they were out! I only wished I got a report letting me know if downspouts were blocked or if they were able to get everything out!
