Overall decent job, but spots were missed and furniture wasn't moved as discussed.

They were professional and fast. They fixed it on the same trip as the estimate and did a great job.

They arrived on time. I was very pleased with the cleaning carpets. A little disappointed because I ask them to go back to see about doing hardwood flooring; week later and they have not showed up yet.

As advertised. They worked quickly. Carpet dried quickly as well.

Mike was great - he called us the same day I filled out the request for service magic. He came the next day to assess our situation and gave us a quote. We ran into problems with our floor due to animal stains, but he worked diligilently. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Called on a Friday morning and need carpets cleaned by Friday evening. The company was very accommodating on a short notice and worked on my time schedule. The carpets were cleaned, spots completely removed and left a bottle of great spot remover for future spotting.

I had a horrible pet urine stain that soaked through to the sub flooring. Michael promised he could get that carpet smelling fresh again and he did. We pulled back the old carpet and replaced the pad, cleaned and sealed the sub floor and relayed the carpet. There is no smell and no stain at all! I had tried cleaning it myself and thought i'd have to replace the rug, but did not have to do any of that. This referral service was excellent.

He was very professional, did a great job and worked to make sure I was happy with the result. I thought he was great. I am a fanatic about customer service so my standards are very high.......he met or exceeded all of them.
