Was done quickly and looks great

We hired Metro Renovators to replace our roof shingles, and Raymond was incredibly patient and helpful as we chose the perfect roof palette. He even brought additional samples that closely matched our final selection. The crew did an outstanding job, and we’re thrilled with how beautiful our new roof looks. I have a larger house with some difficult roofing/skylight areas, Raymond and Metro Renovator Group did a great job and they also thoroughly addressed all of my roof and skylight issues and answered all my questions and concerns. They showed up as promised and on time, left the area clean when they were finished. I was a little surprised how quickly they were finished The also installed new gutters which look great. As for price, they were very reasonable, and upfront with pricing and costs and they didn't gouge you with ridicules costs for extras like plywood replacement.

We needed to replace our shingles due to them being over 20 years old and some were starting to come apart. We were going to get four estimates to compare. Two installers were tremendously expensive. Raymond Lee from Metro Renovator Group was our third estimate. He stopped by one afternoon with a brief presentation explaining what was included in a proper roof repair. The estimate included all of the under layment prep and up to five sheets of plywood (real plywood) if necessary. The estimate was very reasonable, so we went with Metro Renovator Group. The job took a full day, and they were able to repair a prior incorrectly installed ridge vent (too wide) ands shore up a weak rafter that I would never had known about. The job looks fantastic with nice straight edges and very nice flashing work. The foreman and crew were very professional and curtious. Excellent clean up, also. I highly recommend Raymond Lee and Metro Renovator Group. Thanks for a great job.

They did an excellent job on our roof & siding and shutters--on time, on budget/estimate, and the whole crew was extremely professional & efficient. They did such a great job that I recommended them to my son who also needed a new roof, gutters & soffit and he was equally impressed. Top notch team/highly recommend.

Did a neat and clean job

Metro Renovator has just completed a roof project on my home. They have replaced the entire house roof, the gutter system and the copper roof over my front bay window. I’m very satisfied of the finished product they made. They really value their quality of work and the workmanship on every detail. Everything went smoothly according to the plan and I want to commend Raymond Lee, the company owner. He was so professional and service oriented. He was so flexible in dealing with me and my requirements. Each work that have been scheduled was completed on time without delay and without sacrificing the quality. I would definitely recommend Metro Renovator if you will have an upcoming roof project.
