The Metacom team was amazing from start to finish! Their communication was great and we’re thrilled with the quality of work. The work was done quickly, and they never left a mess. Everything was cleaned up at the end of every day. The pricing was more than fair -especially considering the quality of work. They communicated throughout to make sure we stayed on budget. The team completely remodeled our basement handling everything from the demo, to the framing, new walls, flooring, removed our popcorn ceiling, and more. We showed them pictures of what we had in mind and they brought it to life. We’re thrilled with how it came out and would highly recommend the Metacom team to anyone who asked.

Chris and his team did a wonderful job building us our new deck! I recently used Metacom for a few various home projects. I needed new siding and knew my deck would need to be addressed before then, as well as a few smaller problems such as my gutters and some electrical work. Chris was extremely prompt with responding to me and setting up a time to look at the situation. He gave me great insight in to what my options were and didn’t try to upsell me. Everyone who worked at the house was pleasant and respectful. Chris communicated throughout the whole process and made sure everything was completed. Highly recommend!

We recently worked with Metacom to add a mudroom/laundry room onto our house, and I can honestly say the experience was phenomenal. Chris, his brother Derrick, and the entire Metacom team were always pleasant, flexible, and easygoing. As we all know, dealing with contractors nowadays can often be a pain... if you're able to even get in touch with them in the first place, that is. Chris was incredibly responsive throughout the planning and construction process - he made us feel comfortable reaching out with questions/concerns at basically any hour of the day, and would always reply quickly.
