They responded to an online HomeAdvisor inquiry. They called first thing in the morning. After exchange of information and address, they went to address and called at the agreed time. They gave a very fair estimate. They then followed through, sent pictures of the job and we mailed the check. I cannot recommend anyone higher, and we have never met them in person. We had a gentleman who cares for the property meet them and his response was that he was keeping Thierry phone number for future jobs. We have no higher recommendation than: excellent, fair and hardworking with awesome results.

The owner is a very focused and knowledgeable young man, did not damage any trees around the huge trees in the woods that he and his assistant cut down. There was a neighbor's electric fence and a another neighbor's shed close by - dropped the three trees far from these obstacles. Never more than 5 minutes late and answered voicemail promptly. Genuinely nice and polite. The price was very reasonable. He is not trying to pay for fancy trucks and European vacations, just making a nice living for his family by performing a service well. All of his equipment was in excellent shape and well cared for. This is how it is suppose to be when you need a tree cut down. No problems at all. Will call this company again in the fall to thin out an area of trees in front of the house.

From start to finish Mendoza Tree Expert was a great experience! Juve returned my call before the end of the day, came out to assess the project and gave us a very reasonable quote . We were going back to New York at the end of the week and he made sure the job was done before we left. This was quite a difficult job in my opinion but Juve did it with ease. To see him up there over a hundred feet and having such control of these dangerous limbs was incredible to watch. Every limb was placed where he wanted them and kept our cabin safe. He is a very talented man and certainly knows his trade very very well (EXPERT in his company name it indeed the truth). His crew Buck and Sal were very polite and professional as well. I also enjoyed Buck's bird calls while he was in the woods. He was able to tell us all the birds that we saw in the forest and do their sounds very realistically. I have such respect for anybody that does this dangerous profession ....may your spurs always be sharp Juve and may you Salvador and Buck stay safe! We will be using them again for another project.
