He stayed past his 2 hour (paid for) and made sure my printer was hooked up to the new network and was up and running. That was a big deal for me as printer problems seem to plague me.

What a great experience. Mark called shortly after I sent off the request for quote. Extremely professional as well as friendly. He was willing to come out the same day to troubleshoot our issue. He also provide other possible solutions to other issues I may be experiencing, currently or in the future. Not a hard sale at all just educated information. Without a doubt, I highly recommend Media Controlled... in fact, I already have!
