My Furnace died on a Monday night, James came out 1st thing Tuesday and I had a new Furnace installed on Wednesday.

Technician was knowledgeable on time and very thorough in his trade very happy 5 stars. Great all around.

They responded quickly to my urgent needs, did the repair faster than any other at a reasonable cost. Definitely we would use Max Air again.

I was remodeling my bathroom and needed two baseboard registers moved and my boiler system bleed. called several companies. The other companies Either did not want the work or never showed up. When I called James he fit me in to quote the project. Communicated by text and called me 30 minutes before arriving. He looked over the project and gave me a fair quote. Since I was working to a tight schedule he fit me in the next day. He and his assistant worked 5 hours on a late Saturday afternoon and did a great job. The registers look great, the boiler was bled and the registers are dead quiet. I was impressed with his follow up, price and professionalism. Heâ ll be servicing my system going forward.

James took the time to explain the reasons he was checking items, as well as explaining what testing he was doing during his analysis of why my furnace would not turn on any longer. After finding what was wrong, he was very thorough in explaining all of my options for getting the problem resolved and the financial implications of each option. The only reason I rated a 4.0 instead of 5.0 for value is because I had no previous experience on cost expectations. James was very meticulous in going about the things he was doing which reflected to me a person who really understood the Heating and Cooling business. He cleaned up when he finished and gave reassurance to warranties. I was completely satisfied.
