After getting subpar roof replacements services from contractors in Colorado as well as North Carolina with two other homes within the past 10 years, my wife and I were dreading yet another expensive repair that would drain our years of savings and not get a quality product or service. Yet the Professionalism and expertise from JP Uribe was outstanding in answering all of my analytical questions about shingle types, barriers, warranties and other questions my wife also thought of. As with any major repair, there are occasional communication issues that weren’t anticipated but promptly resolved. I would definitely recommend anyone needing a roof replacement be thorough with detailed questions from all companies and I’m more tan confident that Maven’s undivided attention and commitment to the customers’ interests and needs will will your favor as they did ours. From the initial scheduling to completion, Maven roofing was spot on with professionalism and customer service. Austin was fantastic when it came to the initial inspection and walk through of the work to likely happen. Once the ball was rolling, Maven kept in constant contact with me about the progress as materials were ordered and scheduling began. In under a week Maven was out to complete the necessary work in under a day. Patrick and his team did a phenomenal job to complete to the job to the far and beyond standards. I would highly recommend contacting Maven if you have any roofing needs or repairs.

HOMEOWNER BEWARE!! If I could give a negative review this would be it. For started Maven Roofing come out in Oct 2023 for roofing repairs. The meeting went great, told me no worries and the repairs would get done soon. Mid December my roof is still not fixed. I had to keep calling and e-mailing to see when the work would get started. Maven was able to get some work started on roof the night before the Tornado hit Clarksville. However, the amount of time I have wasted contacting this company is unreal. My point is this... If you’re a company that provides a service, then provide that service. If you are too busy, then say! Communication is key this company needs to communicate better with their customer. I will not be referring anyone to this business. Please fix your issues. If you had answered my e-mails and called back I would not have had to write and review for you to understand that how you conduct business is not business like. Fix it please. Respectfully, A considered customer.

Caleb did such a great job for me at providing a clear and detailed estimate. Maven is going to be my only choice for roofing needs, moving forward!

Working with this company was a great experience. Salesman was very through in explaining all my mother's issues after the roof was damaged during a hail storm. Production manager was awesome on informing her on the time and scheduling of her project. Dealing with Nathaniel Champion while her project was ongoing was top notch communicated with my mother and me while the project was going on. Clean up was fantastic roof looks great and she couldn't be happier with this company and the team they have behind them. We will refer this company anytime to anyone. Please pay attention here. I originally had a problem with the interior of the roof, of my gazebo. It had been damaged when the new roof was being put on. Terry, I cannot recall his last name, reached out to me and assured me the problem would be addressed and I would get the inside of my gazebo fixed to my satisfaction. It was completed yesterday. I am delighted with the job Phil did. He fixed everything that was messed up by the roofers. I will soon have the entire inside restrained. A huge thank you to Maven for making the effort to make me a very happy person again. I have struggled in making a decision about this review. I would not be writing it if my follow-up experience had resulted in a different outcome. I started this as an edited review, but have decided to delete the original as it reflects so badly on a company that did an outstanding job. If you are dissatisfied with a job Maven does for you. Contact them. They will make you happy again. The photos show how good it looks now.

Patrick and Luis did a great job repairing a siding and roofing issue I had on my home which had led to a leak. They went right to work after we briefly talked about a game plan, did a nice neat job, and solved my leak problem. I highly recommend the entire team at Maven Roofing.

I had a leak in one of my vents. Two months later I had another leak and they will not return my call and will not come out to re-fix my leak.
